& Exchange Policy
At RollerHockey.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied
with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that
we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be
received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product
must be returned in its original packaging, in “as new”
and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns
or exchanges on used products, special orders or customized merchandise.
Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for
any reason. All packages that are refused will shipped back to
you freight collect.
Returns
We will accept a return for any reason whatsoever,
but must charge a 10% restocking fee, in addition to any un-reimbursed
shipping charges. If you are returning an item because of an error
that we made, we will refund the price that you paid for the item,
and we will pay for return shipping. Please ship your returns
via FedEx ground or USPS only! We cannot pay for shipping charges
if your return was shipped by any method other than USPS (Regular)
or FedEx Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit
is issued, as RollerHockey.com reserves the right to require proof
of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit.
We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow
up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit
card statement.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need
to be exchanged for a different size – RollerHockey.com will gladly
exchange any new product for a different size or color. You will
not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of
shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you.
Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return
shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
